To ensure a positive experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1.Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least [24/48] hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain our schedule. 2.Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 45% of the service fee. This fee will be done on the card on file, if there is non it will be added to your next appointment. 3.No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee of 45% of the service fee. This fee will also be done with the card on file, if there is non it will be applied to your next visit. 4.Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. 5.Booking Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via [email/text] 24-72 hours prior.
